My journey with bikes started at the age of 9. I'm 12 years old at the moment, and so far, I've achieved many things that I couldn't be more proud of, such as: Proride Extreme Enduro Champion 2023, 2nd place in the Proride Enduro Championship, 4th place in the Sprint Enduro Championship, and 2024 125cc Longcross Champion. My target for 2025 is to participate in the Proride Championship, Welsh Sprint and Hare and Hound Championships, as well as the Scottish Timecard Championship. In order to do this, I need to ask for financial help with the cost of racing.
Proride, the Welsh Championship, and other local races take place almost every weekend from mid-January until October, and the cost of travel is the biggest issue for me. Each trip to the UK and back costs €500 for the ferry alone, and the entry fees for each event vary from £40 to £85.
For local racing, there is only one event per year for youths. To progress my skills, I need to travel to the UK and Northern Ireland, which adds another excessive cost of travel. At the moment, I have support from TM Motor NI and my friends and family.
My parents and friends help me a lot and have covered all the costs for the last 2 years, but I tend to dream big, and the next step for me is to start racing in the UK.
